The Pittsburgh Chapter was established in 1997, and is currently led by Volunteer Regional Director Jim Hoy. The Chapter hosts an annual golf tournament and wine dinners.

The Chapter will hosted its 16th Annual Golf Tournament in Carmichaels, PA. This tournament has celebrated great success each year with the support of generous sponsors and partners.

In an effort to enhance the research efforts of the scientists at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, The Buoniconti Fund established volunteer Chapters in cities throughout the country. These Chapters are an important element to reaching The Miami Project’s goal — a cure for paralysis.
